From the heart of Canada, across seas and countries, we brought back something valuable with us: our experience in early childhood education and our deep love for children. Now, this story continues here in Sibiu, Romania.
At the core of the Karolina world is Grow & Glow — the educational philosophy we developed based on the strong inspiration of the Canadian education model.
It is a vision that puts the child at the center, respects each child’s own pace, and turns learning into a warm, gentle, and meaningful experience.
For us, a child grows beautifully when they feel safe, loved, understood, and encouraged to explore the world with joy.

Ioan Crăciun Motronea is a licensed clinical psychologist with solid training in psychological assessment, clinical psychodiagnosis, and intervention in neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma, and emotional difficulties. He works with Karolina Kindergarten, providing assessment and psychological support for children, counseling for parents, and professional support for the educational team.
Lalateca Music Club Sibiu brings to the Karolina Kindergarten world the joy of discovery through sound, rhythm, and movement. Through an approach focused on early childhood education through music and movement, Lalateca’s activities support the children’s balanced development, while encouraging artistic sensitivity, coordination, attention, and self-confidence.
The “Cita și Tarzan” Theatre Group brings the magic of heartfelt storytelling to Karolina Kindergarten through educational and interactive puppet shows. Each performance is designed as a learning experience through play and emotion, where children are not just spectators, but active participants.
Dr. Andreea Predica is our collaborating pediatrician, with a focus on prevention and pediatric care. She works with Karolina Kindergarten, providing consultations when needed, medical recommendations, and regular check-ups to monitor the children’s health. She also supports the team and parents with practical guidance and clear action steps in case of illness, with prompt communication to the family.
Irina Ligia Ștef is our collaborating speech therapist, dedicated to the healthy development of children’s language and communication. In collaboration with Karolina Kindergarten, she provides speech and language assessments, personalized support, and professional guidance for the early identification of speech difficulties. Through clear recommendations for parents and the team, she helps create a balanced path where each child is supported with patience, professionalism, and care.
