At Karolina, we offer a small, safe, and family-like environment where children grow at their own pace, guided by principles inspired by the Canadian educational model, while aligned with Romania’s national early childhood education curriculum.
Children discover the world through play, exploration, and cooperation, while developing their social and emotional skills, language, logical thinking, and creativity.
Our Grow & Glow™ program brings together three key areas:
🛡️ Safe & Smart System™ – complete safety, modern spaces, access control, a Soft-Safe™ playground, daily health screening, and a healthy, child-friendly environment.
🌱 Grow & Glow™ Program – learning through discovery and guided play; each child is encouraged to follow their curiosity in themed workshops.
💖 Heart & Home Connection™ – ongoing and transparent communication with the family through the Kinderpedia app and regular one-on-one meetings.
The setting is intimate and exclusive — our small groups allow us to keep a warm and close atmosphere.
Each child is valued and supported individually, guided by two teachers who work closely together: one observes, the other encourages.

🌸 Who is Liliana?
Liliana is a teacher and the founder of Karolina Kindergarten Sibiu, with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, including more than 10 years spent in Québec, Canada.
She worked both as a teacher and as the manager of her own private kindergarten — Garderie Nemo (Québec) — and was appreciated by many families for her calm nature, empathy, and professionalism.
Her experience in Canada gave her a unique view of childhood:
“the child is an active explorer of their own learning, and the adult’s role is to guide them with gentleness, respect, and patience.”
After returning to Romania, Liliana wanted to bring the same balanced and warm educational model to Sibiu, founding Karolina Kindergarten — a place where children feel loved, safe, and free to follow their curiosity.
