About us
At Karolina, we are a close-knit team that supports one another and works toward the same goal: the well-being of the child. We believe in education with gentleness and consistency, inspired by Canadian educational practices, but above all in complete, everyday care.
Here, the teachers and caregivers do not “just do activities” — they create a space where the child feels at home: help during meals, comfort, hygiene, calm, and encouragement. For us, these gestures are part of respect and attachment, and children feel the difference.

How do I apply to Karolina?
Fill in the form on the website and attach your updated CV. If you want, you can also include a short introduction (1–2 paragraphs) about your motivation and availability (part-time/full-time). After we review it, we will contact you for a discussion and, depending on the role, for a practical trial day or observation day.
What experience do we require?
Experience in education or childcare is an advantage, but it is not mandatory for all roles. What matters most to us is attitude, responsibility, and a real desire to work with children. For roles with more responsibility, experience and/or specific qualifications may become important criteria.
What benefits do we offer?

Can I work part-time?
Yes. We have part-time and full-time options, depending on availability and the kindergarten’s needs. We are also open to other types of collaboration, such as fixed-term periods or coverage for certain time slots. We discuss flexibility from the interview stage so that it is the right fit for both sides.

Patience, consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate respectfully with children and colleagues matter a lot. We appreciate people who learn quickly, ask for help when needed, and focus on solutions, not excuses.
